Terms & Conditions
- Registration must be completed in order to vote and to ensure vote processing integrity.
- All registrations must be validated by an email address.
- Confirmation of registration will only be complete once link sent via email is validated.
- Registered users can only vote once per category.
- Only validated registrations will be entered into the prize draw.
- Only votes with email addresses that can be verified will be accepted by the independent auditor. Employees of Motivate Publishing, participating hotels, restaurants or chains, the organizers, sponsors and members of their families are not eligible to vote.
- Winners will be notified via email, no correspondence will be entered into.
- Voting closes at 12 am on 7th March 2009.
- Votes cast after the closing deadline will not be counted.
- User contact details will only be shared with What’s On Awards sponsors for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be contacted by third parties, please opt out at Registration by un-checking the Marketing box.
- By registering their details, users agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of this site.
